Pat ClancyPat is auctioneering for the last four years and has been investing in property for the last ten years. His background has been in sales for the last ten years. His father, Jim Clancy, owned a well known pub called ‘The Swan and Cygnet’. Pat runs an investors forum called ‘iwin.ie’ which was launched in September 2008, after running similar events in Cork for four years previously. He teaches a Property Mentoring Programme for those who are interested in investing in property and looking to take advantage of the opportunities that are present in today’s market. Seamus SpillaneSeamus Spillane is originally from Ballinhassig and got on the property ladder around 1999. He has always had a keen interest in property and land, due to the fact that his father was a cattle dealer and he came from farming background.
